Practical pieces of advice to a pilgrim
The clothes you wear must cover the body, including hands and feet. Shorts, bridges, sleeveless shirts, mini-skirts, swimming dress are not allowed, because the March of cross is a God’s service from the beginning up to the end. The marchers should wear comfortable boots and shoes, suitable for a long walks, and cotton socks (to avoid blists). The marchers should have personal documents, head covering, rain coats, flasks (thermo-mugs are preferrable), moisture napkins, personal hygienic means. The marchers’ bag should contain: a tent, a sleeping-sack, a tourists rack, antibacterial plaster in substantial quantity, repellent (anti-mosquito means), personal medication.
